Yah made man, and in His image, we are brought forth. We are crafted with the potential to lead, guide, and shape the world around us. However, this is not a role for the faint of heart. Leadership is a skill, a finely honed craft that requires thick skin and unwavering resolve. It demands a deep understanding that not everyone is meant to take on such a role, and that’s neither good nor bad; it simply is.
I have come to recognize that leadership is a journey—a path that begins with a choice. A choice to step forward and embrace the challenges that come with guiding others. It is a path I have walked and continue to walk, with a steady hand and an open mind. I have done the work, and I remain committed to the process, for it is ongoing. This blog is a testament to that journey; it's a leadership 101 of sorts, offering insights from the battlefield to the homestead, and from the seasoned leader to the student just beginning to understand their potential.
It takes a certain kind of person to lead, to stand at the forefront and guide others. This role demands self-assurance, an unshakeable belief in your ability to navigate the path ahead, and the humility to know that you don’t have all the answers. But when you know, you know. And when you don’t, well, that’s where the real work begins.
Welcome to Yah Made, where we guide men to their natural position.
The truth is, we are all leading whether we know it or not. The likelihood that someone is not looking to us as an example is minimal. This is not about being good or bad, right or wrong; it is about the position.
I look forward to this experience.
